📋 Description

• Design and maintain workflows that support new customer acquisition, reducing manual tasks and increasing the operational efficiency of the team • Conduct deep analyses to understand the impact of each channel and ensure efficient use of the marketing budget • Ensure the Growth team and managers have reliable dashboards and metrics to make fast decisions about account flows and credit • Build views that support planning for new accounts and credit expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python • Familiarity with ETL processes • Understanding of data structures to ensure accurate analyses • Ability to switch between technical execution and interpretation of business metrics • Mindset focused on creating solutions that automate processes and generate insights for the team • Previous experience in Planning and/or Acquisition with a focus on data analysis (plus) • Experience in the financial sector or in high-growth contexts such as fintechs (plus)
