📋 Description
• Design, implement and review cloud security architectures (primarily AWS), ensuring the application of security by design and zero trust. • Develop, maintain and enforce security policies and guardrails in an automated manner using Terraform. • Implement, manage and optimize CSPM tools for continuous compliance monitoring, identification of misconfigurations and vulnerability remediation. • Assist in implementing and auditing AWS IAM policies, ensuring the principle of least privilege. • Configure, optimize and monitor AWS native security services such as WAF, Security Hub, GuardDuty and others. • Act in a consultative capacity with other areas, participating in the definition of requirements and responsibilities. • Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure cloud environments comply with industry-standard frameworks. • Assist in managing WAF solutions, ensuring implementation of bot mitigation and anti-DDoS measures.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in Information Security with a proven focus on AWS cloud environments. • Demonstrable experience writing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in personal or open-source projects, specifically with Terraform, to automate security controls. • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools. • Practical, demonstrable experience implementing and managing CSPM tools (e.g., Security Hub, CrowdStrike, Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Orca, etc.). • Deep knowledge of key AWS security services, including AWS IAM, WAF, SSM, Security Groups, VPCs, GuardDuty and AWS Config. • Ability to analyze logs (CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs) for security event investigations. • Engineering and automation mindset, focused on solving complex problems. • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to guide technical and business teams.
