📋 Description

• Analyze and specify the functional and architectural requirements of the Machine Learning platform, ensuring scalability and robustness • Develop and deploy ML models to large-scale production environments, with a focus on excellence in system design • Master Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and frameworks to automate and maintain the ML environment • Collaborate closely with Data Science teams to integrate new models into the platform seamlessly and automatically • Ensure the technical rigor and regulatory compliance required for model development in a highly regulated environment (financial services) • Build a Machine Learning platform from the ground up • Design infrastructure and architecture to provide data scientists with end-to-end autonomy • Work on high-impact projects, such as fraud prevention and new billing models

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on developing and architecting complex systems • Advanced proficiency in Python • Hands-on experience deploying Machine Learning models to production at scale (ML Lifecycle / MLOps) • Practical knowledge and strong command of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, such as Terraform • Preferred: Previous experience providing technical leadership to ML engineers • Preferred: Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Feature Stores • Preferred: Professional background in the financial services sector (fintechs or banks), working with compliance and governance
