📋 Description

• Answer and place patient calls covering scheduling, authorization/eligibility checks, and billing questions • Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorization requests • Update patient records accurately in AdvancedMD • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to clinical or billing staff as needed • Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of all patient information • Document call outcomes and follow-up actions consistently

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a healthcare call center, medical billing, or patient services role (preferred) • Working knowledge of AdvancedMD (preferred) • Experience with insurance verification, eligibility checks, or revenue cycle processes (preferred) • Clear, professional phone communication skills • For the bilingual profile: fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written • Comfortable working US business hours (EST) • Reliable home office setup, stable internet connection
