📋 Description

• - Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns end to end, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization • - Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including matched audiences from CRM data • - Upload, segment, and maintain audience lists from Salesforce or similar platforms • - Execute A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and campaign structures • - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions) • - Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement • - Develop clear and actionable performance reports for stakeholders • - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategy and assets • - Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI • - Stay up to date with LinkedIn Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns • - Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager • - Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or similar) • - Solid understanding of targeting, bidding, and budget optimization • - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset • - Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign performance • - Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment • - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) • - High attention to detail and organization
