• Manage Asana projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities remain clear and aligned. • Coordinate communications and follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders. • Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and performance updates. • Optimize workflows and implement process improvements using AI-driven tools. • Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project completion. • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and project visibility across all stages.
• 3+ years of proven experience in project management, operations, or similar roles. • Expert-level proficiency in Asana, including workflows, automation, dashboards, and integrations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable working in dynamic environments. • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity. • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
