📋 Description

• Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and ensure proper follow-up. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring complete data integrity. • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate meetings between Inside and Outside Sales. • Support the creation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and templates in collaboration with Marketing. • Serve as a bridge between Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Marketing to ensure clear communication and alignment. • Manage daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates, meeting coordination, and activity summaries. • Coordinate internally with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support seamless order flow and client onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or administrative support. • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency a plus). • High attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, PowerPoint, and Canva.
