• Build and execute social media strategies tailored for a service-based business—focused on lead generation, local visibility, and brand trust. • Manage day-to-day content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). • Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging. • Create or oversee basic visual and written content aligned with brand goals. • Monitor social performance and engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement. • Collaborate with internal teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management. • Proven success supporting **service-based or local businesses**. • Hands-on experience managing **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn** accounts. • Strong written English with basic design and content creation skills. • Familiarity with **social analytics tools** and performance tracking. • Ability to adapt content strategies based on engagement and lead metrics.
