📋 Description

• Design **15–20 thumbnails per week** for long-form podcast episodes • Create attention-grabbing visuals optimized for YouTube • Match brand identity across multiple shows • Design **30–50+ thumbnails per week** for: • Instagram Reels • TikTok • YouTube Shorts • Create scroll-stopping cover images • Build and maintain show-specific thumbnail templates • Ensure consistent branding across episodes • Develop scalable design systems • Test different thumbnail concepts and styles • Iterate based on performance data • Collaborate with producers and content teams • Provide same-day revisions when needed • Work asynchronously with global teams • Maintain strong responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or click-driven visual design • Ability to produce high-quality thumbnails at volume • **Proficiency In: ** • Canva • Figma • Experience with: • Photo manipulation • Cutouts & compositing • Typography for thumbnails • Color grading • Reliable async communication • Ability to work across time zones
