📋 Description

• Conduct energy audits and develop asset management strategies • Design and rehabilitate buildings as part of TCE renovation project management assignments or technical systems projects in social housing • Support and manage operating contracts and energy performance contracts • Carry out building services, HVAC, and regulatory compliance studies • Contribute throughout the entire project life cycle, from business development and consulting through studies, construction, and post-completion monitoring • Contribute to the energy and environmental performance of buildings

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in building or energy engineering • Proven experience in construction monitoring, project delivery, and social housing renovation • Strong command of building energy performance projects • Ability to manage projects from start to finish with rigor and autonomy • Self-reliance, curiosity, pragmatism, and drive • Motivation to make a tangible contribution to the energy transition • CV and a short cover letter required to apply • Availability to complete an AssessFirst psychometric assessment (approximately 20 minutes) and attend several interviews
