📋 Description

• Act as a conduit between customers, internal teams, and the broader community • Work with clients to understand their needs and align them with Engineering, Solution Consulting, and Marketing workstreams • Collaborate closely with Customer Success • Explore and develop product ideas through client and partner discussions, market research, and open-source technology investigation • Craft, manage, and roll out enablement material through marketing channels, community content, and social media • Develop hands-on understanding of products and services, including their benefits and limitations • Understand the overall market, leading vendors, and open-source technologies • Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements • Collaborate with Engineering and Solution Consulting to prioritize feature ideas and bring solutions to life • Drive business development with Customer Success and Sales • Serve as the company’s product advocate and outbound spokesperson through videos, podcasts, webinars, and written releases • Co-own product specifications, requirements, and release plans • Synthesize input from Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and the market to guide business and product direction • Partner cross-functionally to ensure product quality, timeliness, and market alignment • Drive internal project management and pre-sales topics • Nurture the developer and partner community, Neptune Heroes, and social media presence • Create technical enablement materials and collateral for pre-sales, Academy, e-learning, and classroom training • Create internal competitive analysis content • Maintain a library of Marketplace items, from modular application building blocks to add-on solutions • Contribute to the rollout of the AI Assistant integration • Assist with internal project initiatives improving work and customer service quality • Contribute to management and improvement of the public-facing demo environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or software product management • 3–7 years of software product management or related experience • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable with software architecture concepts and hands-on with AI tools • Formal coding experience is helpful but not essential • Exceptional strategic communications skills • Experience with enterprise architecture • Ability to provide accurate insight into market development and client needs • Customer- and service-oriented mindset • Ability to build effective working relationships with global go-to-market teams, local sales teams, customers, and partners • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality in a hyper-growth environment • Strategic mindset, long-term planning, and attention to detail and excellence • First-class written English skills • Comfortable working in Confluence and GitHub, including documenting specifications and decisions and navigating repositories, issues, and pull requests • Experience with low-code/no-code application platforms is a plus, not a requirement • SAP knowledge (ECC, S/4HANA, or ABAP/SAP development) is a plus, not a requirement • Microsoft or cloud platform technology know-how is welcome
