📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with account teams and customers • Lead the technical and solution discovery workstreams • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demos, proof-of-values, and discovery workshops • Act as a trusted advisor to customers • Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform • Create high quality documentation, presentations, and other resources to support sales efforts • Gather and synthesize customer feedback • Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation • Solid background or working knowledge of SAP • Deep understanding of technology, particularly in areas such as process improvement, integrations, automation and UI/UX • Solution-oriented mindset • Compelling communication skills • Strong consultative skills and judgement • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams • Proactive and results-driven • Solid understanding of Neptune’s platform or ability to quickly acquire and master this knowledge • Foundational knowledge on MEDDPPIC, value-based selling or command of the message is a bonus
