📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing customers’ technical, developmental, and strategic IT requirements • Lead efforts in problem identification, system architecture design, software specification, testing, and deployment • Recommend and implement open source solutions to solve complex business challenges • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to meet evolving customer needs • Effectively respond to incidents, escalations, and critical issues • Provide clear, actionable recommendations aligned with Red Hat's technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Linux system administration and performance tuning • Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms • Strong background in enterprise cloud implementations and business impact assessments • Experience with virtualization technologies in large-scale enterprise environments • Familiarity with cloud management tools and platforms • Proficient in automation technologies such as Red Hat Ansible, Chef, or Puppet • Strong communication skills to convey value, progress, and project metrics to stakeholders • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and planning abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch strongly preferred • Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
