🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience managing diverse marketing functions (campaigns, content, performance, and branding). • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. • Ability to manage multiple projects and balance short-term priorities with long-term goals. • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for digital products or services. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar. • Ability to develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns. • Skilled in creating campaign briefs and coordinating with designers, content creators, and external vendors. • Knowledge of customer segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies. • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment, taking ownership and driving initiatives. • A collaborative mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.
