📋 Description

• You’ll take the lead in crafting and curating content that feels native to each platform. • You’ll interact with comments, respond to messages, and participate in conversations across our channels. • You’ll manage our publishing rhythm end to end. • You’ll monitor conversations happening around the brand and the wider ecosystem. • You’ll work closely with product, growth, community, and design teams to support campaigns, initiatives, launches, and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of social media and content experience • Proven experience growing a page or product from the ground up • Strong writing instincts and an eye for narrative-driven content • Ability to build and nurture online communities • Experience developing social strategies and tracking performance • Interest in fintech, crypto, creator economy, and remote work culture • Organisation skills that keep content, assets, and timelines tight • A proactive, collaborative, curious work style
