📋 Description

• Track, monitor, and process orders submitted by NIM Brokers • Track invoicing and reverse logistics processes • Verify replication, analyze dates, blocks, inventory, and other necessary details in orders received from Brokers • Create shipments, generate deliveries, and monitor results through a specific SAP transaction • Generate invoices and monitor their approval by SEFAZ through a specific SAP transaction • Create documents for the reverse logistics process, including returns, refusals, indemnity claims, and incidents • Report to the O2C Coordinator

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education (mandatory) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Customer Service processes • SAP knowledge is a plus • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes • Initiative, results-oriented mindset, resilience, and ability to work well in a team • Strong focus on service quality and delivery efficiency • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Availability to work regular business hours and occasional weekend shifts
