📋 Description

• Manage and monitor KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, out-of-stock, product listing/positivação, etc.); • Ensure compliance with DOH policy and commercial policy, defining brand strategies and positioning at the retail/customer level; • Support the development and 360º planning of the business (JVC, promotional calendar, execution plan); • Ensure execution and accuracy of the Sales Book, Trends, and Mix Beyond the Top; • Collaborate with multiple areas (Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Customer Facing) to pursue business growth and acceleration; • Act as an Owner in decision-making and maximize the Company’s resources and tools; • Operate with excellence, seeking practical and proactive solutions for continuous improvement, ensuring improved POS execution and zero stockouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields; • Driver’s license, category B; • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); • Knowledge of SAP/CRM (desirable); • Experience in Sales and Negotiation.
