• Support to Product Performance Monitoring • Assist in collecting and consolidating support performance data • Support identification of recurring issues and trends for team review • Help prepare KPI dashboards and reports for governance meetings • Contribute to documentation of performance insights • Support to IT Run Operations • Monitor ticket queues and support basic prioritization activities under guidance • Assist in tracking SLA compliance and backlog evolution • Help maintain visibility of operational status across support teams • Participate in Daily/Weekly Operational Reviews (DORs/Wors) and capture meeting outputs • Support preparation of Monthly Operational Review (MOR) materials • Assist in tracking action items and follow-up activities • Support communication with vendors under supervision • Assist in collecting updates on ongoing issues and improvements • Gain exposure to global stakeholder management • Support creation and updates of knowledge articles • Assist in documentation of processes and best practices • Contribute to improvement initiatives driven by the team
• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or recently completed), preferably in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field • Strong interest in IT systems, operations, or payroll domain • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Basic understanding of Excel / reporting tools • Good communication skills in English • Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment
