• Elevate the technical skills of the field sales team to create a competitive advantage. • Train clinic staff on the Pro Plan range as a reliable nutritional solution. • Identify gaps and needs of the veterinary sales team in your region compared to the required level. • Translate the national roadmap for technical training of veterinary delegates into a regional plan and execute it. • Translate the national technical training policy for clinic staff (veterinarians and veterinary nurses/assistants - ASV) into a regional plan and execute it. • Contribute to the development of technical training modules for the veterinary sales team. • Actively participate in veterinary congresses.
• Experience in training, ideally with a sales team (minimum 3 to 5 years). • Ideally a veterinarian with clinical experience (minimum 3 to 5 years). • A CES (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in nutrition would be a plus. • Comfortable drafting a technical training plan, a statement of work, and evaluating training outcomes. • Ability to identify training needs, design training modules, and create educational training tools. • Ability to deliver training sessions, adapting your presentation and approach to the audience. • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office). • Good level of English.
