âą Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale B2B SaaS implementations that generate high-value outcomes for clients. âą Lead, coach, and develop the Business Consulting team by mentoring staff and fostering a culture of delivery excellence. âą Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues. âą Develop and implement a scalable business analysis and delivery methodology, including standardized processes, templates, and best practices. âą Manage resource allocation and capacity planning. âą Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure smooth client handoffs and alignment between customer needs and product strategy. âą Act as a senior advisor on complex implementation projects and build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
âą 8 to 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or enterprise delivery/consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. âą Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, simultaneous software implementation projects in complex enterprise environments. âą Demonstrated ability to deliver high-value client outcomes and measure significant return on investment (ROI). âą Strategic mindset with experience developing and scaling operational processes for a professional services team. âą Strong leadership and people management skills. âą Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to engage with C-level executives. âą Preferred (but not required): Experience in financial services or the mortgage industry. âą Bilingual in French and English.
