📋 Description
• Own the technical enablement strategy for channel partners • Develop partner SEs and architects to run technical discovery • Build trusted relationships with partner leadership • Influence partner technical strategy • Partner with Channel Account Managers for enablement activities • Track enablement KPIs • Educate partners on NetApp solutions • Guide partners on building practice areas • Align with internal teams for joint initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies • 5+ years of hands-on experience enabling channel partners in a technical capacity • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority • Strong strategic thinking skills • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment • Preferred: Direct experience with NetApp products
