• Diseñar, desarrollar y automatizar reportes y dashboards interactivos que consoliden la información operativa de las campañas Inbound y Outbound. • Transformar grandes volúmenes de datos crudos (procedentes de marcadores, CRMs y sistemas de WFM) en visualizaciones estratégicas que permitan identificar oportunidades de mejora, medir la rentabilidad y asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs del negocio y del cliente.
• Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Estadística, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas o carreras afines. • Deseable: Diplomado o especialización en Business Intelligence, Data Analytics o Big Data. • Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia como Analista BI, Data Analyst o Analista de Reporting. • Experiencia indispensable en el rubro de Contact Center, BPO o Telecomunicaciones gestionando métricas operativas mixtas (Inbound/Outbound). • Visualización de Datos: Nivel experto en Power BI (dominio avanzado de DAX y Power Query) o Tableau. • Bases de Datos: Nivel avanzado de SQL (creación de vistas, procedimientos almacenados, optimización de consultas complejas). • Excel: Nivel experto (Macros, VBA, modelos de datos complejos). • Conocimientos básicos/intermedios en Python o R para análisis estadístico o limpieza de datos automatizada. • Contar con herramientas para trabajo remoto
