• Brindar asesoría y soluciones respecto a consultas, problemas o reclamos de usuarios actuales o potenciales de Entel (Pre y Post pago). • Al término de la atención se debe abordar y cerrar la venta sugerida.
🎯 Requirements
• Secundaria completa • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera 100% remota • Contar con herramientas para gestión remota: Procesador Intel Core i3 en adelante (a partir de 6ta generación), Ryzen 3 en adelante o AMD8 en adelante, internet cableado 50 mbps, Memoria RAM 8 GB, disco solido (SSD). Headsets y cámara web. • Con experiencia en ventas CALL CENTER o PRESENCIAL
