📋 Description

• Customer support (1st and 2nd level) via email, telephone and ticketing system • Order processing • Installation, configuration and maintenance of server systems (Linux, Windows) • Planning and configuration of information and telecommunications systems • Testing of equipment and systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during incidents • Administration and monitoring of server and network infrastructures • Product consultation for new and existing customers • Support and assistance with projects (internal/external)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification • Good knowledge of common Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, SUSE) • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems desirable • Knowledge of PHP and HTML • Business-fluent German (C1 GER) required for daily communication • Good command of English • Experience with virtualization technologies desirable • Experience with web and server management interfaces (Confixx, Plesk, Parallels Virtual Automation, VMware) desirable • Basic ITIL knowledge desirable
