📋 Description
• Implement and manage client projects, including network upgrades and migrations • Serve as the primary technical lead during onboarding and offboarding engagements • Ensure strong client relationships by addressing technical concerns promptly • Collaborate with vendors for effective execution of client projects • Mentor junior team members and provide quality control for their work
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management • Strong understanding of networking, server/storage systems, and cloud services • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable
