📋 Description

• Own how NetDocuments structures legal knowledge • Build the evaluation discipline for legal AI at NetDocuments • Develop our legal skill strategy • Define legal taxonomy and structure • Hire and lead a small team of legal engineers • Work across all of R&D • Anticipate the questions a legal professional would ask

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree and real practice experience, including a minimum of 1–3 years as a practicing attorney (firm or corporate legal department) • Genuine fluency with modern AI development • A careful, methodical, rigorous mind • Deep understanding of how legal work actually happens • Comfort operating as a super-IC leader in a high-autonomy environment • Energy and conviction about where this is going.
