📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Art Managers, and Directors to define and establish character art style. • Work closely with 3D character artists, animators, and VFX artists. • Utilize the game engine editor to adjust and finalize the in-game look and feel of characters. • Create high-quality character concept designs. • Review and provide feedback on character designs submitted by outsourcing partners/vendors. • Mentor junior artists by creating training materials and sharing design experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in character concept art, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality stylized character designs. • Proven experience leading design initiatives or a small team is highly preferred. • Strong fundamental art skills, including a deep understanding of anatomy, form, color theory, and composition. • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • A strong sense of responsibility and collaborative mindset.
