📋 Description

• Analyze the creative performance of our email campaigns and Klaviyo flows (open rate, click rate, placed order rate). • Design and execute A/B tests on visuals, layouts, CTAs, and email structures. • Create and optimize responsive email templates for campaigns and automated flows. • Translate performance data into concrete, actionable creative recommendations. • Collaborate with the CRM team to align creative with the segmentation strategy. • Ensure visual consistency across 20+ markets and multiple languages.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance-oriented email design. • Proficiency in Figma, Klaviyo or equivalent ESP. • Experience in creative A/B Testing (subject lines, layout, visual, and CTA testing). • Ability to read and interpret email performance metrics (OR, CTR, conversion). • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email integration. • Availability of 10-20 hours per week.
