📋 Description

• Translate demand signals into actionable capacity forecasts, both short-term and long-term • Conduct what-if analysis and hypothesis testing to assess capacity impacts and trade-offs driven by specific demand signals and product requirements • Orchestrate the timely implementation and allocation of infrastructure augments in coordination with deployment and operational teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, Product, Finance & Strategy, TPMs, Engineers, and the Partnerships team • Develop requirements for modeling and automation tools, continuously evaluating and enhancing workflows • Manage risks and help prioritize competing efforts among stakeholder and implementation teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning for data centers or cloud platforms • 10+ years of hands-on data analysis and visualization expertise with deep proficiency in SQL (knowledge of Python is a plus) • Strong familiarity with or active curiosity about the telecommunications, internet ecosystems, and studio infrastructure • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in AI tools • A degree in Management Information Systems, Management Consulting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent hands-on experience
