📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading data science, analytics, or related technical teams in product-focused domains, with accountability for setting direction and delivering outcomes • Strong analytical judgment and structured thinking • Ability to move from messy data and ambiguous problems to clear insights, recommendations, and decisions • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence partners through clear framing, tradeoff articulation, and compelling data storytelling • Track record of operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal process or oversight • Track record of developing and/or mentoring senior ICs into trusted thought partners • Ideally worked with stakeholders across multiple time zones and successfully developed durable ways of working
