• Understand science needs and support experiment design, execution, and analysis • Partner with Data Scientists and Experimentation teams to build tooling • Advocate for experimentation by documenting work and educating partners • Proactively share insights and refine approaches through feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of statistics • Proficiency in Python and SQL (Trino, Spark) and/or PySpark • Experience with scalable, self-serve experimentation tooling • Ability to design and validate new testing methods • Experience in exploring complex systems and experimentation problems • Good communication skills for diverse audiences
