📋 Description
• Build the vision for decision science in the ads organization. • Responsible for making the science accurate and actionable. • Leverage experimentation techniques in ads marketplaces. • Be the voice of data in decision-making. • Amplify the team's impact and foster trust in data. • Coach and guide employees through regular feedback for top-notch research.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in building, managing, mentoring, and inspiring data science teams • 7+ years of experience leveraging experimentation and inference to enable decision making and drive impact • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical business partners • PhD in Economics, Computational Social Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field • Industry experience in experimentation/inference in advertising • High-energy self-starter with a passion for business impact through data science.
