📋 Description
• Senior Content Designer for Netflix’s Live XD team • Use language and design to shape the future of Live programming • Work on multiple projects providing concepting, content strategy, and writing • Rationalize UX solutions with data and improve designs through feedback • Partner with Design leadership to evolve Netflix’s guidelines and standards
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience writing for consumer-facing digital products • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently • Portfolio demonstrating Content Design and user-focused product design strategy • Experience designing for streaming services, live TV, and/or sports is a plus • Outstanding communication, presentation, and people skills • Experience with a/b testing and experiments • Ability to think critically about user journeys and content flows, and to connect the dots between them
