📋 Description

• Embed within key Commerce business initiatives for system alignment • Define, maintain, and evolve domain and core components • Create sustainable extensions of the core design system • Develop educational programming for better system adoption • Support scalable adoption strategies • Establish methods to assess and track design system adoption • Champion the design system by advocating best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Designer • Previously worked as a product designer • Expert in Figma • Experience creating, maintaining, and evolving design libraries • Expertise in design systems tools and workflows (e.g., Storybook, design tokens) • Experience designing for payment products • Strong foundation in platform constraints and capabilities • Track record of governing and contributing to design systems • Ability to define standards and deliver scalable solutions • Recognized as a trusted partner and mentor • Comfortable navigating ambiguity • Understanding of A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions • Passion for accessibility and inclusive design
