📋 Description

• Ensure NETGEAR becomes a credible and trusted networking partner in broadcast audio and small- to mid-scale video environments • Provide technical leadership required to validate solutions, design deployments, guide partners, and feed market requirements back • Develop and maintain strong technical integrations with broadcast OEM partners • Design, validate, and support real-world broadcast workflows • Manage lab infrastructure, testbeds, and demonstration systems • Influence and support commercial growth • Develop proposals and participate in customer meetings • Develop technical training for regional SE teams • Collaborate continuously with PLM and Engineering to escalate technical requirements • Participate in industry events and support the creation of marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in networking with real-world broadcast experience • Fluent in broadcast audio and IP video protocols, including AES67, Dante, Ravenna, SMPTE ST2110, Multicast, IGMP, QoS, and PTP • Experience designing or supporting production facilities, intercom systems, OB trucks, post-production networks, or enterprise studios • Meaningful exposure to business development, partner engagement, or technical sales • Comfortable working independently in the field, developing relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving technical conversations • Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing abilities • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams • Comfortable operating across functions; acting as a bridge between Sales, PLM, Engineering, and Marketing
