📋 Description

• Implementing Azure OpenAI API for applications. • Implementing RAG systems. • Working with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients. • Experimenting with different ML techniques. • Creating PoC, MVP of AI applications. • Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. • Leading AI project implementations. • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. • Researching new techniques, models and approaches to apply AI in retail, healthcare, finance and general industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with software development (ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience); • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks. • Familiarity with PyTorch, Tensorflow; • Familiarity with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI API; • Knowledge how RAG, embeddings, vector databases work; • Knowledge how GraphRAG work • Knowledge of embeddings, reranking and database optimization for embeddings • Experience with agentic workflow, how it works, how to define tools • Experience with frameworks like autogen (AI Agent), guidance (Structured information) • Experience in cloud-based AI development (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Knowledge of voice chatbots, voice processing, speaker diarization. • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers. • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (C1+). • Based in European Union.
