🎯 Requirements

• English working proficiency. • Experience designing production AI systems end-to-end, from requirements to deployment. • Ability to independently propose architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, refine requirements with PMs, and drive implementation with limited supervision. • Real orchestration-framework experience (LangGraph/ LangChain). • Strong evaluation experience: previous experience in building and maintaining production evaluation frameworks, including creation of golden datasets, offline evaluations, online quality monitoring, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches. • Ability to define evaluation strategies, measure regressions, and make engineering decisions based on evaluation results. • Production observability for AI: tracing, prompt/output logging, eval pipelines, guardrail and latency metrics (Arize/ Braintrust/ LangSmith). • MCP/ OpenAI/ A2A/ Amazon Bedrock/ AgentCore. • Domains: agentic workflows, MCP servers, Skills, retrieval, conversational agents. • Deep experience building and running multi-agent systems in production: multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, tool and MCP integration, and human-in-the-loop patterns under real latency and cost constraints.
