📋 Description

• Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish. • Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch. • Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus. • Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel. • Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show. • Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content. • Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover. • Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget. • Fluent in Polish and English. • Nice to have: • Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable. • Motion graphics basics. • Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing. • Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing).
