âą 7+ years of software engineering experience âą Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Rust, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js âą Deep experience with databases, relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) âą Proven ability to design, scale, and maintain distributed systems âą Solid understanding of API design and performance optimization âą Working knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) âą Background in large-scale financial or blockchain systems âą Understanding of financial markets and products
