• Designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflows/flows, policies, actions, access control, interfaces and any other configurations required to support client processes • Preparing and presenting client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related • Translating business requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks • Collaborating with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades • Overseeing major version upgrades and installing patches • Providing advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis • Providing operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification • Proven experience as the lead technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments. • 6+years of ServiceNow Development experience • Experience leveraging MID Servers for integration and automation • In-depth understanding of database structure principles • Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements • Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques • Experience with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) • Experience with custom REST/SOAP APIs (webservices) • Experience with interfacing with systems inbound/outbound • Experience with leading and managing developers • US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance
