• Netomi is the leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, working with global brands like Delta, MetLife, MGM, United • Build Python-based pipelines for automated quality testing of conversational AI responses • Integrate LLMs into automated evaluation frameworks (GPT-based evaluators, embeddings, custom scoring) • Automate regression and stress testing for conversational AI flows • Define and implement evaluation metrics (relevance, factuality, coherence, safety, empathy) and rule-based/AI-driven quality checks • Monitor model drift, bias, and hallucinations using automated workflows • Work with APIs, SDKs, CI/CD to embed evaluation in production and develop monitoring dashboards • Experiment with prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, self-critique models, and human-in-the-loop automation • Automate compliance and policy adherence checks for enterprise AI systems
• Strong 2-5 Years of experience in Python development (automation, scripting, data handling) • Experience with LLMs/NLP frameworks • Understanding of MLOps / AI deployment pipelines
