📋 Description

• Manage the complete life cycle of assigned projects within the Cloud Security Stack in the Professional Services organization • Interface directly with client resources and sponsors, internal delivery managers, engineering resources, and account executives • Work closely with globally located technical delivery teams • Develop, execute, and improve project action plans using project management methodologies • Communicate project and program status to executive management and escalate risks and issues • Create and execute project plans, change orders, agendas, and status reports • Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operational aspects and project scope • Review team deliverables before passing them to clients • Apply methodologies and enforce project standards • Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures • Minimize project exposure and risk • Manage multiple projects with one-week to one-month life cycles • Track risks, hardware, and personnel • Collaborate with engineers to extract technical information • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored • Facilitate team and client meetings • Hold regular project team status meetings • Keep project teams informed of organizational changes and corporate news • Communicate relevant project information to superiors • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in highly complex and demanding projects for senior project managers • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing projects with PMP or 10 years without certification • Qualification in project management or equivalent • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Direct work experience in project management capacity • Proven experience in people management • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management • Experience managing one or more of: Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security); Modern Workplace (Microsoft, M365, End User Computing); Hybrid Datacenter (Azure, Windows, Citrix, VMware, traditional datacenters); End User Computing (Intune, MDM, AutoPilot, etc.) • Modern Application/Data Intelligence experience is a plus • Up-to-date expertise in project management methodologies • Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and Teams • Typing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Planning and organizing • Decision-making • Communication skills • Influencing and leading • Delegation • Teamwork • Negotiation • Conflict management • Adaptability • Stress tolerance • Salesforce, Kimble, or Professional Services Automation tool experience is a plus • Experience with Project Service Automation tools such as Kimble/Kantata is a plus • Must be able to work across multiple project workstreams, resource scheduling, and status reporting
