📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security • Administer and support Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies across enterprise environments • Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS administration • Develop and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Python scripting • Monitor applications, infrastructure, and services using Datadog and other enterprise monitoring platforms • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments • Collaborate with global operations teams to maintain and improve service reliability and operational excellence • Manage web servers and support critical business applications across multiple environments • Participate in operational support rotations and provide coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or similar roles • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Networks (VNets), Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies • Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS • Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python • Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools, ideally Datadog • Experience managing and troubleshooting web server environments • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience working in rotational support environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams • Nice to have: experience supporting Java microservices environments, including WildFly application servers
