📋 Description

• Oversee customer support team during the shift • Provide guidance to agents during the shift on customer-related cases • Consult with the team on complex or unusual cases • Manage break schedule for agents during the shift • Communicate brand-related updates to the team (via Slack, Zendesk) • Handle email processing • Chat, document and payment processing when required (not daily) • Guide and mentor the team and work closely with high-level customer support inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role (Shift Supervisor, Senior Customer Support, Team Leader, Quality Assurance, VIP Manager) • At least one year of experience in the iGaming industry • Minimum of Upper-intermediate English proficiency (fluent in written and spoken English) • Experience with SoftSwiss and/or TMA platforms • Proficiency in chat and email support • Strong understanding of customer service principles • Ability to multitask and think on your feet while calmly handling customer and team inquiries • Personable and reliable team player with a customer service mindset • Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing tech knowledge • Willingness to work different shifts including 2-night shifts per week (Customer Services Department open 24/7)
