📋 Description

• Map and structure end-to-end journeys, considering users, tasks, information, dependencies, application states, and business processes. • Lead problems from identifying opportunities and defining solutions through the creation of high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and development specifications. • Design complex workflows and multi-step experiences, considering permissions, contextual information, loading states, empty states, confirmations, errors, and recovery mechanisms. • Develop interactions with contextual assistance, recommendations, and automation, ensuring transparency, trust, predictability, and user control. • Create realistic prototypes, conduct usability evaluations, and use research and feedback to improve solutions. • Work with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to define priorities, solve challenges, and align on experience decisions. • Establish interaction patterns, architectural approaches, and scalable solutions applicable across different products and teams. • Collaborate with Engineering throughout development, clarifying behaviors and requirements to ensure the quality and fidelity of the designed experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Experience Design, working at Principal level or equivalent. • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience solving complex problems, architecting experiences, and delivering impact on digital products. • Proficiency with professional design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or equivalent platforms. • Experience creating high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications for implementation. • Advanced knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, navigation flows, and user journeys. • Experience with complex enterprise systems, information-rich applications, multiple user profiles, and interconnected processes. • Ability to understand relationships among users, tasks, data, dependencies, and system states in order to develop scalable solutions. • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, usability, and error recovery. • Experience with research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation to inform design decisions. • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments, influence product decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • University degree. • Advanced English proficiency. • Preferred qualifications: experience with products powered by generative artificial intelligence, conversational interfaces, intelligent agents, or adaptive experiences; dashboards, analytics environments, data exploration, and decision-support interfaces; CRM systems, sales operations, Customer Success, finance, or enterprise productivity tools; APIs, system integrations, data structures, and application states; prototypes developed with code or AI tools; Design Systems and reusable interaction patterns.
