📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack features, including web applications in React, mobile apps in React Native (iOS and Android), and backend services in Python/Django • Design and implement well-structured, documented, and tested REST APIs • Build reliable solutions for limited-connectivity scenarios • Work with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions • Write clean, scalable, maintainable code with solid test coverage • Participate in architecture decisions and the design of new features and systems • Support the team with code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing • Take part in the support rotation and resolve incidents and production issues • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and development workflows • Promote quality, documentation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional software development experience • Strong knowledge of Python and building services and APIs • Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks • Experience developing web applications with React • Experience with React Native for iOS and Android • Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL • Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team • Advanced English • Postgraduate degree/Master’s degree • Nice to have: offline-first experience, Django REST Framework, AWS, cloud infrastructure, feature flags, AI agents, solutions for the construction industry/field operations, mentoring or technical leadership, and mobile performance optimization
