📋 Description

• Write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code. • Analyze, diagnose, and modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new workflows, or improve performance. • Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. • Develop new features and functionality according to requirements, while maintaining high quality and low defect rates. • Work with other team members to create and evaluate estimates for development efforts based on stakeholder requirements. • Aid testers and support personnel as needed to troubleshoot the root cause of system issues. • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in both back-end and front-end web technologies, including but not limited to: • Laravel PHP Framework • MySQL • Redis • MongoDB • JavaScript • HTML • CSS • Self-starter mentality – committed to making a difference, not only in the solution, but in the lives of those we work with and for. • Experience with hosting environments such as Digital Ocean and AWS. • Experience with version control tools such as git and Github. • Experience with Python, C#, OCR tools, and/or ML/AI desired, but not required. • Strong technical skills from both a development and operations perspective. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language. • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work on multiple projects concurrently. • Ability to use creativity in solving complex problems. • Minimum 7 + years of experience as a Software Engineer. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or commensurate related work experience.
