📋 Description

• Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies • Build compelling Agentforce-powered user experiences and deliver business value to clients • Investigate the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to develop novel business solutions • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions • Oversee and contribute to all project lifecycle stages, from design through development, testing, and deployment • Lead complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures • Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale for agentic solutions • Contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency • Track new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C# • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce • Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences • Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles • Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are a plus
