📋 Description
• Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce-powered experiences • Design and understand the complete Agentforce solution including topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures • Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents and find novel solutions • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions • Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment • Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in application and software development • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript • Exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#) • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS) • Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences • Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles • Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities (preferred) • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist (preferred)
