📋 Description

• Execute and implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale • Deliver contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect • Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify customer requirements and processes • Provide technical details and solutions for functional User Stories • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions • Develop Solution Designs hands-on using best practices and programming principles • Lead a development team, distribute tasks, and perform code reviews • Deliver technical end-user training and documentation • Exercise independent judgment and lead the technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js) • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs • Knowledge of JSON format and related services • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations • Logging experience with CloudWatch for troubleshooting • Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code • Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect • In the absence of Amazon Connect experience, preferred experience with DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, or contact centers built with other technologies • Nice to have experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions • Nice to have experience with WebRTC and SIP • Nice to have experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing • Nice to have advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture • Nice to have familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud • Nice to have knowledge of Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, or similar platforms • Nice to have AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate/Professional, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications
